In 1958 Chico was the hotel’s speakeasy, a cozy secluded lounge hidden from the lobby. In fact, Chico Cabaret was originally designed and named after a famous speakeasy in Manhattan. It is our intention to recreate that era with an emphasis on curated live entertainment where seasoned performers are featured, be it burlesque, DJs, live musicians and singers or comedy.


$45 minimum consumption per person
Sushi and Tapas available from Monday to Sunday starting at 5:00pm.

    Very nice evening with my wife on Valentines night. Music was amazing - romantic salsa music performed America Quezada. Our waitress service was top notch.

    Fantastic latin cuban band make us dance all night! The sushi was not that fresh. Servers were great but it was understaff. The disc-jockey had good music, but disco laser light should not be on people eyes. Prices a bit high. Dancers fantastic! We love to come back hoping the minors things improved.

    El Chico Cabaret in Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is an amazing place where you can combine great eating and drinking with fantastic music (tropical, rock, modern and others), and a most secure ambiance where people can listen, dance, make friends and spend a lovely and unforgettable night! Attendants are very kind and pleasant, ensuring you enjoy the orders. There’s Ivan the DJ who knows what the audience wants and mixes music of all kinds while the bands take a break! It’s all because Fabio, the manager, is extremely detailed, making sure everything works as planned and required. Go there ASAP!

    Excellent place to gather and have a really nice and exciting time. LUVA tributo a Marc Anthony was amazing and espectacular. We really enjoyed.

    The drink are not the best, wiskey with perrier, are perrier. and we pay $16. The next time we will drink beer.

    Nice music, environment. Enjoyed with friends. Waiter not so good for the 479.00 ticket. However, she had her hands full that night.

    We came here for our wedding anniversary and was greeted with champagne, they also had a personalized happy anniversary message on the tv screen with our names. Over all it was a great experience but would recommend coming later in the week- say Thursday-Saturday.
