    Chimney Park is wonderful restaurant in Windsor, Colorado. The food is some of the best in the area, if not the best. The chef is amazing and wine offerings are the best.

    We had our New Years Eve dinner there and they had a Price Fix menu that was 5 courses with an optional 6th course, and chef prepared every course exceptionally well.

    Everything was prepared to perfection. Timing of service was thoughtful and servers are professional. The ambiance is relaxing and invites conversation without feelings rushed. A wonderful experience for special occasions.

    Absolutely a great experience! Service was outstanding. Karen on the bar was fantastic. Drinks were made perfectly. Bison Tartar app also exceptional. What a great experience. Prompt professional service by all. 5 stars

    This was a fantastic meal. Slow start with an average gin martini at a hi-top (in the bar) table for our 52 anniversary😘. However at 6 the bar quiets down and the outstanding food service begins. The Lobster bisque and salad both wonderful, and the bread the best west of San Fran! Followed by entrees of scallops and lamb the best food ever in Colorado. The wine guy walking by hears us discuss which wine and tops all expectation…yes for a price but so worth it. Thank you all for spectacular service and a good memory to remember. We will be back ( work on that Martini ….🤣
