Awful experience and we've been to many Chiquitos before. We booked this as part of a birthday trip to Wembley and expected a great meal as always. It took nearly 10minutes to be asked for drinks, then a further 5-10 before they finally took our food order. When the cocktails came they were nice, but the food was awful. The burger my husband had was burnt - we called over the waitress and even she said "oh it's burnt isn't it". She took it away and it came back as a plain beef burger with limited salad, not the one my husband had ordered. My meal arrived and the chicken was dry and burnt on the edges. Fries on both our orders were a mix of undercooked and dry. We alerted staff and were offered a partial refund on my husbands order, we eventually got full on his order but nothing off mine. Whilst we were in there, i was concerned over the behaviour of two male managers present, one in particular who grabbed the waitress by her wrist as she went to walk by and ordered her to take out some drinks. It was clear she was on her way to do something and she was uncomfortable. There was no atmosphere at all, just a tense atmosphere provided by the staff who clearly didn't want to be there or felt uncomfortable. We waited 10mins after the meal had finished for plates to be cleared - yet there were no more than 4 tables occupied. Bill arrived and it was wrong. Overall a very very poor night and would not recommend this particular branch of chiquitos.
