Chop Chop by Four Seasons.
The newest addition to the Hippodrome casino, Chop Chop is a contemporary Chinese restaurant featuring Four seasons signature meat dishes including their renowned roast duck (named the best in the world by the Financial Times), premium dim sum, and a range of vegetarian and vegan options.
Set on the lower ground floor of the casino, the team have created an environment that pays homage to old Hong Kong, whilst providing a modern and elegant atmosphere. We recommend making a reservation to be seated at your required time, but walk-ins are also welcome and we will endeavour to seat you at the next available table.

Food was amazing. The roast duck was the best I’ve ever had. The staff made us welcome and were attentive but not intrusive so we could enjoy our meal.
