    We had dinner on a busy Saturday night to celebrate a birthday, and thankfully had a reservation — the line to be seated was long! Despite the crowd, the ambiance was great, and our server, Tishé, provided excellent service. She was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The menu had plenty of options beyond steaks, but we chose the ribeye, cooked to perfection as requested. The sides included a loaded baked potato, beets, and slightly undercooked green beans. Overall, it was a lively atmosphere with great service, and we appreciate how well the staff managed the busy night. We’ll definitely be back!

    Allocation of tables poor. Our reservation was for 7:30 pm, did not get our table until 7:50 pm, and only after we asked!!

    Saw the Butcher's choice online, but wasn't on the menu at the airport location, but the chef prepared it for us anyway...and we added lobster tails. It was amazing! The meat melted in your mouth as did the lobster. Will definitely be back.

    The food is pretty mid. Busy spot on a Saturday night to the point that we were asked to leave since "they need the table" quite quickly after paying a 300 dollar bill for 2. Typically if this was the case there'd be an offer to make you comfortable elsewhere but we were basically told to gtfo.

    Ambience, noise level, value and service were all good. In my opinion the quality of the filet I had was below expectations. It was cooked to order (medium rare) but the tenderness and flavour was not to the standard of a restaurant that essentially brands itself as a premium steakhouse. I’d rather pay a bit more and have a better grade of beef than what was served.

    Steak was outstanding. Cooked perfectly. Entire meal was excellent. Staff are exceptional. Very attentive. I'm hoping a restaurant opens in the east GTA as I'm sure it will go over very successfully. We'll done.

    My experience was quite good. Very good at greeting and seating. The dining room was a little loud for having a business discussion but for most having dinner with friends and family it would be fine. Very good food.
