   Absolutely brilliant night until we were told we could keep our table and then manager appeared and slammed bill down and told us to leave, ruined the whole experience.

   Fabulous experience. The restaurant was lovely. Staff very helpful and attentive The meal my husband and I had, I would totally recommend. Tomato brushetta to start. Beer battered fish with chips, mushy peas and holandise sauce. Then Sticky toffee pudding ice cream. With beer and a apro spritz. All wonderful. Would highly recommend

   Our 1st visit and we had an excellent Sunday lunch with really good service. We will be back to the church on the hill. Big thanks to everyone who looked after us.

   Myself and my friends have been coming for the monday quiz for months. The staff are always super friendly and helpful when trying to amend bookings or showing us to our table. The quiz is a highlight of the week especially the all broke feature. 10/10

   Great food service and atmosphere. Moment of the night was the loud cheer for the pub quiz when the wheel hit all broke!

    A decent pub, good service - but the pub quiz is chronic. 2+hours of play only for everyone to be reset to zero...pointless (literally). Every week is the same. Really needs a refresh.

    Hi James, Quizmaster Davey likes to keep things interesting for everyone by throwing in the wheel of misfortune. It adds an exciting and competitive edge by allowing quizzers of all skill levels a chance of competing and winning.
