Churchill'sは本当に国内屈指のステーキハウスです。トウモロコシで養われた中西部産牛の100％USDAプライムビーフのみを提供する、ほんの一握りのステーキハウスの一つです。最高品質を確保するために、乾燥熟成させ、マスター・ミート・カッター（肉切り職人）が店内でハンドカットしています。ステーキは、おいしい肉汁を閉じ込めるため、特注の上部加熱放射ブロイラーを使用して1,800〜2,200度で調理しています。 Churchill'sの素晴らしいメニューには、国産のUSDAプライム・ラムチョップ、デュロック・ポークチョップのほか、新鮮なフロリダ・ストーンクラブのカニ爪やカッパーリバー・キングサーモンなどの新鮮な魚や甲殻類、その他の旬のシーフードが含まれています。 ベーカリーでは様々な自家製ケーキやデザートに加え、毎日焼きたてのディナーロールを作っています。初めて訪れた方は、私たちの有名な「チョコレート・サック（Chocolate Sack）」をぜひお試しください。 階下に位置する賑やかなカクテルラウンジは、エレガントでありながらカジュアルな雰囲気で、生のピアノ演奏を毎晩楽しめます。

    Food was amazing, server was great, only downside was the ice used in the water had a foul taste to it. Waiter brought back water without ice and it was completely fine!

    Iconic steakhouse in Spokane. The food was delicious. But the service was quite slow on this evening. Not sure why it took an hour to get the crabcakes for our appetizer. Then our dinner entrees were served almost immediately after the appetizer. Overall a good dinner.

    Best steak since moving back to Spokane in the last 12 months. Other entree was scallops and they were perfect along with the veggies and other side dishes. Have told multiple people about the wonderful experience.

    This is our 3rd time to Churchill’s and each time we continue to be impressed with the delicious food quality and top notch service! We love the rich and sophisticated design of the restaurant and downstairs bar. I highly recommend this venue!

    Me and my girlfriend have been to churchill’s, so we invited my girlfriend’s sister and her husband. They both was very excited and amazed of the place. Food is always a 5 star, the service is a 5 star. It’s a very fancy steak house.
