We were seated in the outdoor patio. It was during Christmas so the ambiance was festive with Christmas tree and hanging ornaments. There are outdoor heaters to help with warmth. The Mushroom flan is yummy. I had the pappardalla which was so delicious. Employees are friendly and helped celebrate my husband's birthday by wishing him well and making us feel welcome. Will definitely return when we make it back to San Diego

We have been here before but hadn't been for quite a while. They were very busy but got us a table quickly. Service was wonderful and on top of that the owner and one of the service staff recognized us and welcomed us back. That's the mark of a great neighborhood restaurant. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and ambiance. The mushroom flan was surprisingly delicious and the pastas were top tier!

This is the best pasta and research I have been to since I was in Sicily! So delicious! An extremely rich and wonderful dining experience!

Easy going service where the owner is directly involved. Food was awesome, from the bread with cheese at the beginning, to the dessert at the end.

Hands down, the best Italian food I’ve had in the US. Every dish had a perfect combination of flavors. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was charming.

EVERYTHING here tastes amazing (don’t miss the mushroom flan). The setting is enchanting and the owner, Mario, fills the place with joy.
