Cielomar Restaurant and our Rooftop Bar and lounge that doesn’t just set the scene. It is the scene.

Translating to Sky and Sea, Cielomar Rooftop reflects both a sense of place and atmosphere where the endless golden sky meets the brilliant blue water. Beautiful location if you get a seat along the glass wall with ocean view. Lots of staff but slow service Biggest treat was phenomenal appetizer-Tiradito, a yellow fish tuna sashimi to die for - and the chef gave me the recipe. A touch of heaven.

                                                                                                      Beautiful view, lovely decor, food was fantastic. We were there for Valentine's and had their Valentine's menu. The only down side is how terribly expensive. I think they would have more patrons if the prices were not so high. That is true for food throughout the resort.

                                                                                                      The setting is lovely. We were there in January and January has modern temperatures. In the evening it cools down and they have plenty of wraps for people who need them. And lots of heaters too. But I would suggest you bring a jacket or your own wrap for your shoulders. The lamb was exceptional. I tried the aviation cocktail with Hendrix Ginn, and that was wonderful. My husband had his Cosmo light on the cranberry, and it was perfect. You can dress up or be resort casual, the setting allows for either one.

                                                                                                      Fantastic food, drinks and service but the Open Table rating of $$$ should be $$$$. The view is undoubtedly impressive but after sunset the wind kicked up and blew steadily. The patio heaters look nice but don’t put out enough heat to compensate. We will try again during the day when we are in the mood for and can enjoy a $$$$ experience.
