                            My husband and I love the Dining-room classroom restaurant. Kat is an amazing hostess who makes you feel so well cared for. The food is amazing and we always leave full and happy.

                            What a wonderful evening. The menu provided creative options that we would not normally be able to find. Definitely would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to enjoy fine dining in a casual setting. Who knows, we may have had a meal prepared by the next Canadian Master Chef star!

                            Our first time and our experience exceeded expectations. Very creative menu, and the quality of food was excellent. The service was not completely flawless, but these are students and made up for any shortcomings with their enthusiasm, friendliness and energy. We will return.

                            As ex-students of the program, we were really keen on coming and seeing what the current generation are making. The room was lovely and warm with the wood accents and the Log Channel was great. The food was so creative, starting with the very interesting potato amuse-bouche, all the courses were well-presented and well-seasoned. I especially liked the fact that both of the desserts were not chocolate-based, my profiteroles with that carrot custard-incredibly unusual and delicious. My husband felt the pastry case of the lemon tart could have been cooked a bit more, but that’s a minor detail. We can’t wait to come next year. Well done to everyone.
