   I arrived at the restaurant for my 12:15 lunch reservation and it was closed. There is a small sign in the window with “winter hours,” which says they are not open most weekdays. There should be better coordination between the restaurant and Open Table as to hours of operation to avoid this sort of inconvenience. I should not be able to make a lunch reservation if the restaurant is closed at lunch.

   Food and service was good but the menu is very trimmed down. No seafood or lobster rolls on the menu. Also didn’t need a reservation, just sat at a table and the wait staff brought menus.

   I would rate this place poor for its service, that is, if there was any service at all. After reading an article indicating this restaurant had improved, my wife and I decided to give the place another shot. We made a reservation for 8:00 pm on a Saturday and showed up only to be told the kitchen was closed. What kind of restaurant in this space closes at 8:00 pm on a Saturday, particularly one it has accepted a reservation for that time? Answer: One we won’t be giving a third try and that will likely be shuttered soon. Maybe the next restaurant that opens at this location will be better and make a little bit of an effort to attract and keep customers. In its current space, this restaurant is and always has been a giant disappointment.

   We were celebrating my daughter’s graduation. Had a great time with lobster rolls and steamer combos. Best mussels i can remember having! There was a mix-up on the champagne, but they replaced the bottle with the right one even though we had already poured much of it before we tried it. Out waitress was very sweet and charming.

   Food was really good. No plain iced tea for a summer lunch? Service was just okay given how few people were there.
