    Cobalt always does everything well. We came for the Valentine's prix fixe menu which had several great options and was very well executed. Staff was personable and timely, drinks were great as well.

    We went on Valentines day so it was a set menu. Everything we had was delicious. We are looking for to going back and trying items from the regular menu. The service was excellent and the ambiance is darling.

    The food is definitely for a refined palette. If you are looking for hearty portions and seasoning styles that remind you of home, please see other establishments!The service was wonderful and our server was very attentive! The ambience of the restaurant was beautifully cultivated as well. Our meal just left more to be desired, especially at $200+. We dined here for Valentine’s Day, so please know more menu options are typically available. We are speaking from the offerings available on that particular evening.

    On what might have been their busiest night of the year, Cobalt was exceptional: the food, the service, and even the ambience (all the music impressive for its strip mall location)! Each course in the prix fixe was done with care and full of flavor. We particularly enjoyed the endive appetizer and the trout main course. And everything was made better by the perfect service provided by Maria: attentive without ever being overbearing,knowledgeable, personable. This was our first time at this restaurant and we are always prepared to offer grace on a night like Valentine’s Day;Cobalt needed none and far exceeded our expectations

    Food was amazing!! The bacon wrapped scallops were the best I’ve had in St. Louis. And I’ve had the luxury of dining at many places in St. Louis. My husband and I will definitely be back. We really enjoyed the dinner and our waitress was excellent. Great service on a busy night.

    We were there for Valentine’s Day & had a great experience. We want to come back & see what other menu options are available. Leslie was our server & was wonderful!

    Terrific meal and service! Just the right amount of attention without being intrusive. Delicious meals included short ribs, shrimp and grits, ravioli and seafood risotto. Craft drinks were fantastic. Thanks for an excellent evening!
