   We went to Cold Town house to watch the rugby. We had a brilliant seat in front of one of the many screens. Staff were very polite and helpful and there were even halftime events to keep you occupied!

   We booked roof top bar to arrive and be told food would not be served up there due to staffing which wasn't overly a problem for us. We did order drinks and took them up as first time being at cold town house. Outside area beautiful heater if you are cold fantastic view of the castle. While up there a staff member Ben J came up and gave us the wonderful news that we would be able to eat on the roof top. Delighted as it was my birthday. From start to finish Ben made us feel very welcome overall 10 out of 10 for service. He was polite informative attentive and clearly understand how to look after this customers, which made our whole experience. We wanted for nothing it. We will 100% be back and telling friends, food was very tasty menu simple but effective good value for money the chefs know what they are doing every dish on point. Colourful and cooked well. Can't wait eat here again. First time impressions of cold town house food and staff impeccable. I would highly recommend anyone to go.

   Good was amazing. Servers excellent. Food took a while but cooked from fresh and was busy, but was delicious!

   Great experience! They gave us complimentary glasses of Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary. Very good views of the castle from the roof top and wonderful pizza.

   Easy to book and I was able to modify my reservation. Food was tasty and servings generous. Our server, Matilda was friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy, in the Brewhouse Bar, but we soon got used to it and would definitely recommend and go again.

   Excellent experience for a group of 6. Originally on the roof terrace, they kindly obliged and moved us to the second floor. Made sure rugby was on as requested, ran a drinks tab all afternoon, ate some great pizza and then recommended we sign up at the end of the meal for a 25% food discount. All in all, an outstanding day out celebrating my 50th.
