Common Ground Bar and Eatery is a neighborhood restaurant and bar situated in the rapidly growing Berry Hill. The menu features approachable yet elevated cuisine, accompanied by a world-class cocktail program. Reservations and walk-ins both welcomed for dinner, lunch, and brunch. The space offers a hip-casual atmosphere designed with a modern-simplistic feel. It also includes a large, covered patio for weather-protected outdoor dining.
The beverage program consists of Wes Taylor, formerly of The Patterson House and M Street Entertainment; and Matt Ramos, a certified sommelier recently at Tony Mantuano's Yolan and Kayne Prime Steakhouse.
Croissant trío was fabulous. However, service was slow. I had to get up to ask for a refill on our drinks. I had the shrimp and “grits”, and the shrimp were severely over cooked, the polenta was super salty (I love salt), and the cream sauce was separated. Really wanted to love this place based on the reviews. 😔
