The Melba Estateはかつてデイム・ネリー・メルバが住んでいた貴重な由来を持つ施設です。7エーカーの素晴らしい庭園、復元された自動車庫と時計塔内の美しい施設を提供し、実にユニークなグルメと文化を体験できます。復元された自動車庫と歴史的な時計塔内にあるレストランは、エグゼクティブシェフTony Miltonの舵取りの下で、アラカルト料理やお試しのデギュスタシオンメニューオプションを提供します。毎日の朝食、ランチ、アフタヌーンティーには、旬の食材や主に敷地内で栽培された農産物を使用しています。レストランはモダンで広々としながらもくつろげる雰囲気で、美しく修復された施設の市場風の中庭を見渡せます。コンサバトリーからはCoombeのコテージガーデンの通りが見え、ビクトリア最古のスイミングプールも垣間見えます。

                                                        We attended with our son who has disabilities so requires a special meal. They did a wonderful job with him. Our meals were beautiful and we could not fault the wine pairing. Thank you for a divine lunch
