We have been to Coopers Hawk several times and unfortunately this experience will be our last. We were sat immediately because we had reservations. Due to the fact it was Christmas Eve, we knew the wait may be a little longer, however, after ordering our food, it took much longer than we had expected. Tables that were sat before us received their food. When our food did arrive, it was cold and appeared to have been sitting under the warmer for some time. The prime roast beef sandwiches are very good, even when lukewarm. I ordered the ahi tuna, not a good choice, just don't order that! I had ordered a salad which had come about 20 minutes prior to the tuna coming out so by the time remainder of the food came the salad was soggy. We also ordered a flatbread and the cheese was hard and cold. We chose to just write the review and not send food back or request any assistance as it was Christmas Eve. We tipped as normal and wished everyone Merry Christmas. I would just caution others that when planning a special event on a busy evening, which is typical for Coopers Hawk, I would choose a different place.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

I have dined twice, once for lunch and the other for dinner. The food and service are excellent. Beautiful interior. The noise level is high to the point that understanding our server was a challenge. The bar area is less noisy and that's our choice in the future.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

Macy was our associate on this Christmas Eve late afternoon. She was friendly and courteous and knew the menu well. One of the assistant managers stopped by to make sure that we were satisfied with the service. PS - Don't lose Lily at the front counter! She is great. We wanted to love the new location on San Jose however it doesn’t even come close to the Town Center location. The servers were wearing jeans, the staff doesn’t all seem to be on the same page & our bread & salad arrived literally moments before our entree, even though we asked for the salad to be served first. The ladies restroom wasn’t clean either. There was nothing special about dining at this location & lacks the ambience of the Town Center location. What a huge disappointment. I know it’s new and they are getting their ‘sea legs’ and all but terrible service. Waited forever to even order. Waited for nearly 45 minutes to receive the food in which the manager came out and acknowledged and didn’t even try to offer anything for the long wait. And then waited forever to beg for to go boxes and the check. Food was over salted and very meh for the hype. The room was so loud could barely hear myself think. Huge disappointment.
