Cooper's Hawk was just plain delightful today for lunch with longtime friends. The sommelier, Lorrie, was excellent and knew her information. We loved it when she challenged my husband to describe the taste of an orange without using the word citrus. Our server, I cannot remember her name, was excellent as well. She was attentive and cleaned dishes off as they were done. without interrupting us. It made the table easier to be seated without the clutter of used dishes. Always enjoy dining at CH. Joined a party for work dinner. Appetizers and entrees were awesome( consistent). Ate in bar space which is quieter than open dining area. “Frankie” our server was attentive and did not miss a beat. Great overall experience!この情報は役に立ちましたか？

I have been there multiple times and im a wine club member but this time we had the worst experience. Our server Noah was rude , very short with words it kind of made me feel that he was bothered to serve us. There were multiple things that made me upset im not going to get into details but i think what triggered the last drop was that i asked for refill of my drink and instead of bringing three glasses for us he brought 2 actual glasses and pour it to each glass spilling most of it on the table and not even care to clean it up. It was crowded, which was expected. After about 30 of waiting for the table that i reserved, I went to the bar to order a drink while I waited. Ended up staying at the bar and ordering an appetizer. My service was excellent. My filets were over done. However they quickly resolved it bringing me two new ones and did not charge me for my dinner. They fully got me to come back. The noise level is loud some where you have quiet or intimate date.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
