We have eaten here numerous times. This visit was not what we have experienced in the past. Food took over 30 minutes to come to the table! We ordered the KeyLime Pie for dessert and it took 15 minutes to get that. Coffee was Luke warm Not our best experience. Maybe it was because it was a weekend. We noticed servers don't really serve. Normally this place is a 5 but for some reason service was below par yesterday. I will still recommend Coope's Hawk I am just hoping that they had an off night. Considering it was Valentine’s Day, the restaurant was full as expected. We arrived just in time for our 7:15 reservation and to my surprise, we only had a 10 minute way. Definitely have to give credit to management and staff who were at the top of their game. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked as ordered. The highlight of the evening Ming was our server Oriana. It was the first time she served our table but it will not be the last. We will definitely request to be seated on her area. She was prompt, while adjusting her pace to ours, never rushed us and was very pleasant. She’s definitely the best server we have met at this location for the last 3 years.この情報は役に立ちましたか？
