We are members so we first started off at the tasting area when you first walk in. Surprisingly, on a Friday at around 6:40pm, we were able to find a spot rather quickly. We were greeted by a server quickly. About halfway through our service, our server said they would be right back. My wife and I finished our wine that was poured and we were waiting for our server to come back. About 15 minutes later, the server returned, however; at this point, there was no way we could continue our service because we had dinner reservations. We told the server what bottles from our membership we wanted to go home with. To our surprise, or rather not at this point, the bottles were rang up incorrectly into the system, causing us to lose 1 of the bottles that we were going to use at the table. Now at dinner service, we were seated and about 15-20 minutes go by before our server finally brings us water and greets themself. At this point, we can already tell that the evening isn’t going to go correctly. The server asks if we would like to start with any appetizers and wine and I said that we would like use one of our bottles from our membership and an appetizer. Low and behold, we got our appetizer about 15 minutes later which is fine, but still no wine. The server is the one that pours the wine at the table so all they had to get was 2 glasses and the unopened bottle of wine. About 10 minutes after the appetizer came out, the server brought us our wine and our meals. We barely had even had a chance to eat our appetizer and had just had the wine opened. Overall, last nights service felt rushed at dinner and felt like we weren’t cared about at the wine tasting. We are wine club members as well. This is the second time in 2 months that we have had problems. I would love to hear from someone regarding this.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

Food was excellent. Server Anna was fantastic. The restaurant was freezing !!! We advised the floor manager at least 3 times. Customers all around us were putting their coats on while eating. It was absolutely awful. The air conditioner was “ on” and blowing directly down onto the tables where customers sat while eating. We asked to move and were told no other places were available to sit. Understandable as it was Christmas Eve. But turn off the AC!! Would not go back based on this. If you spend $200 on a nice meal and freeze while eating it and eat as fast as you can to get out of the cooler….. not great. Do better Coopers Hawk St Peter’s Missouri.この情報は役に立ちましたか？

Let me start my saying the food was excellent! Everyone enjoyed their meal. But here is the problem I had. We had a party of 12. It’s a shame that a family wants to dine here but will by no means be put at the same table. In fact I got a call shortly before the day of our reservation telling me we would not be at one table and it wasn’t guaranteed the tables would even be close but they try. It was Christmas Eve at 4:30pm. They were taking walk in’s. It just seems like they could do a better job at seating people. You come in as a group, you’d like to dine together.
