Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

Try us for cocktails after work or date night--our stunning patio and connected speakeasy will set the vibe for the delectable cocktails and menu items that will have you coming back for more.

                    2nd time and food was awesome !! They had a Christmas party going on in the side room, and they seemed completely overwhelmed! Maybe they stop that idea, the group didn’t look like they were having any fun and the staff looked completely stressed out. I felt really bad for them. The food is so good tho I have yet to have something I didn’t like. I can’t wait to go back hopefully someone smiles next time. I didn’t see one genuine smile.

                    amazing neighborhood spot. top tier good drinks. i could see entertaining a large work party or adult family in the speakeasy side. cool chill gatsyby vibe.

                    Terrific first experience. Great service from all staff. Food was wonderfully presented and delicious. We sat at the bar and everybody cleaned their plates. Highly recommend.

                    What happened to the gem you used to be? The food has changed too - where was the farro or couscous (I forget which was supposed to come with the Salmon) All we got was a nice piece of fish literally swimming in sauce and buried under greens. It just wasn't the same. You're a good restaurant - get back to being great We will be back, just not sure when....

                    We thought the food was good and different. We're going to go back so we can try some other things. Their high-end booze is also reasonably priced . Of course reasonable is a relative term but I thought it was a much better deal than the bars on Scottsdale Road.
