OpenTable 編集部より： Chef Michael Stoltzfus showcases local ingredients at his swanky Southern bistro, nominated for numerous James Beard Awards since opening in 2008. In a two-story residence in the Garden District that dates back to the 1880s, the elegant dining rooms are lined with brick and chandeliers. Gulf seafood stars at the raw bar, from local oysters to crabmeat and crackers, and fans love the fried chicken brunches and “no menu” five-course dinners.

    Consistently a very high quality dining experience at Coquette. Fresh raw bar items, perfectly constructed entrees that burst with flavor and texture, and dedicated yet unobtrusive service. Knocked it out of the park…again. Kudos to the entire team.

    Fantastic food & drinks are nothing without amazing staff to take care of guests. This is a great example of a top notch restaurant. One of the best restaurants in NOLA. Cheers - Sam Lawrence

    We had a experience; ambiance and service are top notch! The bread service and roasted cabbage appetizers were delicious, and my short rib was tender and well-spiced. I only have a minor issue with the steak frites: we ordered it medium rare, but it was definitely rare. I would also prefer thin frites, but that’s just a matter of taste. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I will return whenever I’m back in New Orleans!

    Sounded interesting from reviews, and menu looked promising.....but that's about all they got going for them, so that will be short lived...they were out of the meal we wanted , but the waiter kept telling us what a shame that was-because it was far and away his favorite, and nothing else was as good....he otherwise was awkward, off in his timing and not smooth or trained in fine dining....lot excited or enthusiastic, really a dull person just doing the bare minimum - which is sad because it would be just as easy to have some passion about something / literally anything / be we got nothing from him....any modicum of charm and personality would have made 100% difference in our experience. What a disappointment...will never go back nor recommend to anyone.
