Indulge in an endless feast of family-style Italian dishes expertly crafted by Chef DiSpirito in collaboration with Corso's talented executive Chef Philip Thompson. Expect a symphony of flavours featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients and market-driven creations. This exclusive evening will showcase Niagara's vibrant culinary scene. Each course will be perfectly paired with exquisite wines from local winemaker Emma Garner of Thirty Bench. 6:00 PM: Meet & Greet Cocktail Reception 7:00 PM: Endless Family-Style Italian Dinner & Wine Pairings Get ready for Chef Rocco's signature hospitality and captivating table-side interactions. This isn't just a meal; it's an immersive celebration of food, wine, and the art of Italian cuisine. $99* per person includes reception, family-style dinner, wine pairing per course, and meet-and-greet opportunities. * Prices do not include HST and 18% gratuity.                         Went to the corso for diner for my birthday, it was great. The waiter was awesome a cutie, very polite and helpful. Food was delicious the best. I would recommend to check it out.

                        We visited Il Corso restaurant for dinner for the first time. We were not sure what to expect, but we very pleasantly surprised. The service was prompt and informative. We were offered explanations of the procedure and courses included in the dinner. Food was brought in a timely manner. Waiters and waitresses were attentive and eagerly responded to questions. The whole dinner and evening was very enjoyable.

                        A first class food experience! Four courses and a bottle of wine! The fresh pasta was amazing as was the tiramisu. The sweet sounds of a piano was just the topping on an amazing evening!
