I’ve had dinner at Cortina four times now. As with my other experience, the food and ambience were excellent. Our server seemed a bit green, clumsy and slow. Unusual for Montage. Overall, I still strongly recommend Cortina as one of the top few options at Big Sky.

We ordered the trout and the chicken piccata. The trout was blanketed with a 1/4 inch of chives that completely drowned the taste of the wood-fired fish. The mascarpone ravioli was offered in return. It was rich, oily and upset my stomach. Prices were very expensive as expected and every dish on menu is ordered ala carte. Service was 5-star.

We had a Beautiful dinner and fantastic service. Loved the burrata appetizer & dessert was amazing. (Chocolate mousse)

We always enjoy your experience at Cortina. Daniel gave us outstanding service. Whole staff is professional. The chef prepares the best bison steaks! Thanks.

My second time here and it was great once again. Daniel our server was wonderful. Great service in the off season just like it was season. The salads, pasta and steak were all perfect. We will be back.
