Côte Ouest Bistro is a contemporary French bistro led by partners Laurent Monchicourt & Martin Sarrailh. In April 2021, the pair transformed the former Baker Street Bistro into a modern 21st century neighborhood gem. At the heart of Laurent and Martin's partnership lies a shared dream: to create a restaurant that embraces guests like family, offering a haven where they can delight in delectable food and wine, surrounded by warm companionship.

Nestle into one of the bay window seats and enjoy conversation over a plate of charcuterie with the perfect glass of Bordeaux. Chef Sarrailh prepares seasonal specialties as well as favorite French classics like Steak Frites and Duck Confit. The custard-soaked Croissant French Toast is not to be missed if you stop by for brunch on the sunny terrace.

Côte Ouest Bistro has been featured in Forbes magazine and The Infatuation and was named one of the "Top 100 Brunch Restaurants in the Nation 2024" by Open Table.

                                                Leaves a memory! No pretension, just well executed service and savory food. Wedged in between the Final Final and the Presidio, I assumed parking and the wait for a table would be a nightmare. Not so, parking was a breeze and seating immediate. Our waiter was friendly and paced entree delivery perfectly. Dishes ordered: beet salad, egg sandwich, crab sandwich, French onion soup…delicious! Revisiting soon!

                                                We had a wonderful brunch at Côte de Ouest on Saturday. We were outside on a lovely day and the noise level was low. We had country pâté, croque monsieur, mussels and a delicious chocolate lava cake for dessert. The food was great and the service was attentive and sweet. Our waitress even sang happy birthday to my guest. Nice.

                                                The outside parklet is well-heated even for dinner. I love their mussels and fries, and my husband raved about the spinach/mushroom tart with puffed pastry. Always delicious and has a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend.

                                                Delicious food from beginning to end and worth the value! We got several appetizers and shared two entrees and a bottle of wine. That all came out to $290 after tip tax. Look at my pictures on Instagram @salivate_sf

                                                Wow! It felt like we were having brunch in Paris. Just the right service, and excellent food. What a delightful neighborhood gem. I'm coming back again soon.
