Located in the heart of Hereford, COTTO is an Italian restaurant and cocktail bar offering contemporary dining in a relaxed and vibrant setting. Our food comes from the vast larder of authentic Italian cooking with an added modern twist. We really love what we do, mixing good honest cooking with great service. Francesco’s pizza is an excellent Neapolitan pizza. And the place has a very enjoyable vibe. Highly recommended.

We went out for my birthday and it was an amazing night. Excellent service and the food was absolutely superb. Exceptional flavours and really good portions as well!

So good to discover Cotto in in heart of Hereford. We visited last week with friends and kicked off with a nicely made Espresso Martini and olives whilst browsing a manageable menu that we were told changes daily. Authentic Italian dishes utilising many homegrown British ingredients. The biggest and best giant prawns with garlic butter; homemade squid ink pasta with Cornish crab, risotto, pizza, see bass, Hereford beef ragu… How to choose! All divine. A special word for Front of House too. The very lovely JoJo. Efficient yet relaxed and friendly. Made us all feel comfortable and special. Can’t wait to go back.

Here’s a sample 5-star review for a restaurant where you enjoyed pizza: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Absolutely fantastic experience! The pizza here is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. The crust was perfectly crispy yet chewy, with just the right amount of char from the pizza-fired oven. We tried a couple of different toppings, and each one was loaded with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made it a great place to unwind and enjoy a meal. Highly recommend this place to any pizza lover – we’ll definitely be coming back!”

Very Authentic and superb quality of Food and Wine. I normally would not like Risotto as it is usually too strong and rich a cheese taste. But here with Sea Bass it was perfection. Perfectly cooked and Seasoned. The Primitovo wine was the best of that type of wine that I have had. The vegetables ordered as an extra - Asparagus, Aubergine and Salad was perfectly cooked. The Pizza was fantastic too - Gorgonzola and Mushroom. The Service was Amazing - we arrived as soon as they opened. Very much like being in Italy!!
