Queer Art After Hours at The Art Gallery of NSW: Join us in celebrating the diversity, resilience and creativity of the LGBTQIA+ community at this special event. A platform for LGBTQIA+ artists, performers and storytellers, the annual Queer Art After Hours at the Art Gallery of New South Wales is a testament to the vibrancy of queer culture in Sydney.
Encounter performances, DJ sets, installations and more across the Art Gallery of New South Wales’ two buildings, Naala Nura and Naala Badu. The program is co-created with key community members Ayebatonye Abrakasa, Kai Clancy and Gusta Silky to bring you a kaleidoscope of experiences throughout the evening. The event is free, as in previous years, but this year you’ll need a ticket. Please note, between 6-7pm there is a workshop in the space next to the restaurant called Sensuality with Basjia "Reconnect with your body in this movement workshop led by Basjia, who will guide you through gentle techniques for unleashing sexual energy through dance."
