Crasqui is a lively Venezuelan restaurant in Saint Paul. Recipes are inspired in our chef-owner Soleil Ramirez childhood, family and friends in her home-country Venezuela.

For us Crasqui is more than just a restaurant—it’s a vessel for memories, dreams, flavors, and connections. We will keep infusing our passion, dedication and love into every dish to make every guest experience memorable.

    We had a wonderful experience! The food was amazing! If you love seafood, don’t miss the ceviche, octopus and sea bass! All were amazing! The rum cake and mango deserts are the perfect way to finish! Finally, the service was exceptional with a special thanks to Louis who made the whole meal night special! Thanks!

    This place was amazing! The chef came to our table with suggestions. The drinks were quite tasty and the food was the best we’ve had in a while. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a food adventure, this is it .

    We had another delicious experience at Crasqui. We have visited multiple times. The two of us shared the mussels as an appetizer and the broth was so yummy! We kept drinking it with a spoon after the mussels were gone. For our Mains we had two new entrees, the goat dish called Bollitos Pelones, braised goat in a corn dough, and one of the fish dishes, the El Dorado. They were both delicious, we shared both entrees. To finish we had the Cocotero, again, just love it. The cocktails are also very good and the wine list has several great options. Service was attentive and fun, very nice. Crasqui is one of our favorite restaurants. We highly recommend it. Check it out and help spread the word. Thank you, Chef Soleil and Crasqui team!

    Delicious food and great service. We tried a variety of the shareable dishes and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend Crasqui.

    The food and service were both excellent. Many selections available for pescatarian and vegetarian diners but meat lovers will also have solid choices. This was our first time sampling Venezuelan cuisine and we will definitely go back to try other items on the menu we missed out on.

    Everything was terrific. We had the shrimp empanadas, red snapper, and Chilean sea bass. Cooked perfected and taste was amazing. Tasty cocktails. Great service and easy to oark. Recommended highly!

    We arrived right at 5PM, when the doors were opening and had the restaurant to ourselves for a hot minute - the smells coming from the kitchen were wonderful!! The squash lava cake was amazing - nice squash flavor, and wonderfully cheesy!! The sea bass and red snapper were perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the pork chop was as good as ever (my personal favorite)!!! The highlight of the evening though was the craft cocktails, which are always a pleasure - tasty and a feast for the eyes!!! … and the carrot cake, which blew us away!! This is a must for every foodie’s restaurant rotation!!!
