Whether you are just grabbing bite to eat, dining with family and friends or fancy some nibbles over a bottle of wine our menu will provide for it all. Our menu uses fresh, quality ingredients to ensure you will enjoy every mouthful.

Here at The Cricketers we are proud to offer an ever changing selection of ales which will always include a local brewer. If ales not your cup of tea I'm sure you will find something to your taste whether its a glass of wine from our extensive wine list, a bottle of craft beer!

    This will be my first and last visit to Cricketers. My friend and I had the roast and unfortunately what we received was a sorry plate of food. Yorkshire puddings were almost raw, the meat was overcooked, the carrots were undercooked, and the rest was relatively flavourless. Possibly the worst roast I've ever paid money for. On the plus side, the service was very good and the location of the pub was fantastic.

This is far from the normal quality I expect from my kitchen and will be using the feedback provided to improve the standards in our kitchen.     Had a great experience at this pub. We all enjoyed our food and drinks, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting here again soon.

    Wouldn't recommend visiting on a Sunday, or ordering a roast dinner. I had the beef which was very fatty, way way overcooked and chewy. My friend had the lamb which was also overcooked and tasted very bland. The service was very good despite how busy the pub was, but unfortunately the food and atmosphere was poor. We were sat in the upstairs room and were put up there with 1 other big table who were super loud and had kids running around screaming and playing football in the restaurant.

    Always a great experience in this pub - all staff are super friendly and the food is consistently good. They're really dog friendly too!
