Crown Republic Gastropub is the place where rustic New American fare meets made from scratch cooking with heart. Our team sources from global food and cultural inspirations, brings and approachable, eclectic culinary experience that guests can't wait to explore. At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. Our chef-driven dishes are served with an expert eye so that our guests can concentrate on what matters most: the friends and family they are dining with. Family is exactly our specialty at Crown Republic; our goal is to make everyone who walks in the door, from our staff to our smiling guests, feel at home. Service was excellent! Drew was fantastic and the food was incredible and came out very fast. Highly recommended place to dine. We can’t wait to go back for brunch.

We had a wonderful experience at Crown Republic last night. Our daughter has several food allergies and the staff was superb in helping her navigate her choices and making things work for her. The food and service were outstanding!

Exceptional service and deliciously creative foods onion soup dumplings are a must and I could eat their farro salad daily!

Really enjoyed our first visit. Loved our entrees (mushroom capellini & Pastrami and Frites). Also ordered the broccoli. It tasted fairly good, but was on the greasy side. Wish it was made more in the healthy side. Apple cake was delicious.

We really enjoyed our meal. TJ was our server and made excellent menu recommendations and checked items to help with a gluten sensitivity.

Our reservation was ready on time and we were seated quickly. Our server was attentive and friendly. I ordered the French onion soup dumplings and the gnocchi. My guests had a burger and the other ordered a pasta dish. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I especially liked the dumplings. It was the best dish of the night. The gnocchi dish was good but a bit too salty for me. We also shared the apple cake for dessert. It was very good also. The restaurant was very busy and pretty noisy. Most of the seating is pretty close together. While the ambiance is not very romantic nor private, we would recommend this restaurant for a good meal.

The food was incredible, everything was well executed and balanced. The food came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. Could not have asked for a better meal.

Every dish we had was amazing! Make sure to try the s’mores brownie-probably one of the best desserts I’ve ever had!
