The Crow’s Nest Restaurant, Tavern and Marina has been serving the Venice, FL community since 1976. With the freshest seafood and most flavorful dishes, the Crow’s Nest strives to prides itself on providing 5-star experiences for their guests each and every time they visit.

The upstairs dining room provides a fine dining experience with a fantastic view of the water for lunch or dinner. The wood-paneled and cozy tavern downstairs serves for a more casual experience and is open all day.

You can also enjoy their full-service marina, offering overnight dockage, gas and diesel pumps, and all the supplies you need for a day or week on the water. You can also rent their paddleboat, one or two person kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles and more!

    The food was great and the service provided by our waiter Dustin and the rest of the staff was superb including the bartender who was really prompt on making the specialty drinks. The menu provides a wide selection of seafood favorites and specialties. The chef even conjures up a special desert for me that was not on the menu. The view of the marina and waterfront was spectacular.

    Cody was hands on. Detailed information for our many questions. I can be a pain. lol. Cheif did a fine job for our special diet needs. Took a friend there for the first time. She was very pleased. Two of us got the lobster tail. I got the glazed grouper/shrimp. Very moist. Ended with the key lime pie which is unique to the restaurant and an Expresso Martini. Oh and thank you for allowing us to push our reservations back a few hours.

    Fantastic meal. Oysters, caesar salad, scallops, pecan crusted salmon all excellent, as well as my martini.

    I ordered a great salad with an additional option of shrimp. All others in the party were pleased. Former boat owners, they loved the location. Three out of four wore hearing aids so the noise level was a problem. All in all though, we were very happy.

    There were six of us for dinner and I have to say the service from our check in to our severer and everyone in between was great , food was outstanding, drinks before hand were spot on and they have a very fine wine list. A great dinner experience, would definitely recommend this restaurant for a great experience
