   Another amazing dining experience tonight at Crudo!!!! The selection of raw oysters is such a treat! The grilled octopus was heavenly and like nothing I’ve ever had before!!! Thank you to the suggestion of our lovely server Grant! Sushi rolls are fresh and delicious and perfectly balanced. The drinks are special and blue cheese olives memorable !!! I’m sure I’m missing something wonderful so go see for yourself if you love service ambience and fresh local seafood

   This was our first time visiting CRUDO, and what a wonderful experience! The food was incredible, especially the big-eyed CRUDO and wagyu NY strip. This restaurant also has an awesome atmosphere. Encourage anyone to dine here. We'll certainly be back!

   One of my favorite spots in Bluffton! Excellent food (try the specials), with a great wine selection and cocktails. The fish they get is extremely high quality.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at CRUDO in Bluffton and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The inviting atmosphere, combined with attentive and knowledgeable staff, created a memorable evening. The menu offers upscale, fresh food unlike anything else in the area. The craft cocktails were equally impressive, and the wine list paired well with our dishes. The ambiance is cozy and sophisticated, making it an ideal spot for a special occasion or a casual night out. CRUDO has quickly become a standout in Bluffton’s dining scene, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a remarkable seafood experience.

   The server was so incredible.....he was knowledgeable and respectful. His suggestions of an after dinner drink and dessert were spot on ...The portions were perfect. We had a great conversation with the owner who came to check on us personally.

   This was our first Crudo experience but it will not be the last!!!! The service was amazing graciously delivered by Grant. The oysters 🦪 better than most, lobster roll was the absolute best EVER and the spicy tuna and surf and turf sushi 🍱 was unmatched!!!!! How have we not been inside this gem before?! Not sure but we will be dining there regularly going forward!!!!! 10/10!!!!

   My wife and I arrived for our 6:30 pm reservation and placed our order, which included a sushi roll, salad, an entrée, and two drinks. Later, we ordered another sushi roll and a drink, but our waitress forgot to put them in, causing a 25-minute delay. Our entrée finally arrived after more than an hour, only to be served cold—both the steak and lobster had clearly been sitting for a while. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed indifferent to the situation. The manager/owner only came over as we were paying, about 30 minutes later. When we expressed our disappointment with the long wait, cold food, and overall service—especially given our $130 bill—his response was just as dismissive. The excuse of being "busy" didn’t hold up, as the restaurant was only half full. With such poor service and lack of concern from both the staff and management, we won’t be returning and certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

    food was delicious. bartender was well educated, he asked me what I usually order to drink and was able to immediately recommend the Marie Antoinette which was amazing! The oysters and caviar, sushi nachos and the Sunny Roll were all absolutely DIVINE! we will definitely be back.
