Cuisine & Wine Bistro debuted in March 2015 when Fabrice and Mairead Buschtetz purchased the former MWC Bistro in Gilbert. Just a year later, CWB Chandler opened its doors. This move let Fabrice work his culinary magic in the kitchen, delighting the palates of the bistro's ever-expanding and loyal customer base. Cuisine & Wine Bistro proudly garners Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for the consecutive years '21, '22, and '23. This prestigious accolade reflects our exceptional wine program, expertly curated by certified sommelier Killian Buschtetz.

If I was an actual food critic - I’d write an article that gives C&W Bistro rave reviews. We’re making this place one of our favorite spots anywhere in the country where we travel. A+. 5 stars.

What a lovely hidden gem. For foodies and wine connoisseurs this is the place to try. The salads alone were worth the trip. One rib eye done perfectly and one excellent Wellington so perfectly encrusted. Cannot wait to return.

The food and service were great. We both had different specials. My wife had the Black Bass. It had a terrific cream sauce. I had the Shirt Ribs which had a nice hearty musroom sauce with a great flavor. . We also had the Chocolate/ Raspberry mousse dessert special. Like the meal the flavors were very good. Always please to eat here.

Such a delightful restaurant! We were so glad to find this venue again in Chandler. They had a restaurant in Gilbert that we frequently enjoyed and were very sad when they closed. So, we were delighted to find them again in Chandler. I had perfectly cooked duck with cherry sauce and crunchy potatoes. My husband had the halibut and said it was the best he ever had. An extensive wine selection. Very classy but casual atmosphere and the service was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.
