   We came to Cut for a family dinner and it did not disappoint. The cocktails, wine list and dinner were all top notch. Our meals came out hot, and were timed well. We enjoyed the seared scallops, shrimp cocktail,and greek salad to start. The steaks were all cooked to perfection. Thank you for the wonderful service Jake, we will be back!

   Great steaks as always, top shelf wine menu and drinks were great, all in all a great family supper, never disappointed when we go for supper at cut!

   Our meals were a disappointment from the time it took for service to the quality of the steaks. The frontend staff was good and attentive but the most important element, food quality was simply egregious. It was not acceptable particularly for a supposed top steak house in Saskatoon.

   Excellent service and food. Generous portions. The only negative would be the noise level. If you are looking for an intimate dining experience and excellent food I would highly recommend Cut.

   A true gem in saskatoon, Cut consistently exceeds all expectations. The food is incredible. Anytime I crave steak I come to Cut, there simply is no better steak available in Saskatoon. If you aren’t interested in steak highly recommend the herb chicken. Tyrell looked after us at the Bartop, and he was a huge highlight to our night, hilarious and attentive. The drinks were amazing! Unique and fun, the staff here truly knows what they are doing. Five stars doesn’t seem like enough.

   Nice room downstairs. Super attentive serves. Great rib eye with Cajun Spice and fries. Stuffed mushrooms were a bit different, mushy. Steaks bites were very fatty. We were too hungry to send things back. Still love the place and will be back.

   Great food, very nice ambiance. Our server was on top of pouring our wine and checking in (but not over the top).

   We had a wonderful evening at Cut. The server was friendly and charming, as were all of the staff who ensured that we were enjoying our dining experience. The scallops appetizer, herb chicken, prime rib, and cheesecake were all delicious.We will be back!

    Amazing on all levels!!! I love how the lighting is just perfect that everything sparkles. The music what just the right volume to allow talking without yelling and yet couldn’t hear the conversation at the next table, not to mention the music selection itself was perfect and non-intrusive. Could cut the prime rib with a fork. Vegetables were perfectly tender crisp. My favourite place for dinner out. Well done Dave and Dan!
