   This was our second time at Dal Contadino Trattoria, and it did not disappoint. As an appetizer, I got meatballs and grilled octopus. The octopus was soft but not chewy and had a great favor. The meatballs were delicious, but you only get two in good size. Make sure you save some bread to dip into the sauce. As entrees, we got the Bolognese and Flounder. It was delicious. My Flounder was light but filling. On Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday they have a piano player who is entertaining. I can't wait to come back again.

   wonderful food and outstanding service. branzino was amazing, short rib enormous and great and lasagne out of this world!

   The food was okay. The linguine with clams was good but way too few clams for the money. Overall the food was nothing special. The service was awful. Only three of four of us had silverware. I asked several times for silverware, including several after the food was delivered. We then ran out of water at the table again asked multiple times for water and were ignored. Finally got the manager walking by and he made sure we got water. I understand they were busy, but make sure you have the staff to take care of your customers.

   Food is over priced, small portions and ordinary. Heavy on the salt. Branzino was nothing special and spices did not flavor properly. Will not return

   I've been here a few times. The food has been better on previous occasions. This was a slow night, and there were many tables available. Our server did his best to give us his attention despite having been seated in the remotest part of the dining room. At least the front of the house manager had the presence of mind to check in on us to see how we were doing. The food thar night did not have the same wow factor as compared to previous visits. Perhaps we were not very astute with our entrée selections. However, this begs the question of why any entrée selection would be less desirable than the others.

    We have been twice and we enjoy everything about the restaurant except two things: The noise level was intolerable. This was due to the loud music all night long and singers. It was unreasonably loud and unpleasant for our guests. If you don’t mind screaming to talk, you wouldn’t mind it. The other thing is we were seated close to the restrooms and the smell of sewage was so bad. Made dinner unpleasant especially when the door opened it was awful. Like toilet smell from the pipes. Unfortunately these two things will may us think twice about going back any time soon. We asked for a different table when they first seated us (we had reservations which were delayed by about 20 minutes) but there was nothing else.
