Daphne is a modern American style restaurant, lounge, and garden terrace in the heart of Toronto's Financial District. Daphne offers American cuisine with a contemporary twist, skillfully curated by Executive Stuart Cameron. The menu showcases seasonal American classics, complemented by an array of small bites, handcrafted cocktails, and an extensive wine list, all presented within an elegant and modern ambiance. Perfect place for any occasion or even date night. The service was exceptional, the food was amazing and so fresh (lamb was cooked to perfection). Each course was timed perfectly, and our waiter ensured our glasses were never empty. 10/10, will definitely come back.

Another incredible experience at Daphne!! I went twice in one week during my trip to Toronto and it could not have been more perfect. I stopped in for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the tuna carpaccio, seafood pasta, and truffle fries. Michael, Amanda, and Lou were so attentive and friendly. I can truly say Daphne has been the highlight of my trip! What an amazing start to the new year!

Cons: NYE disappointed: was seated at the back room, which is not where the large new year’s celebration was happening, with the DJ. Pros: good food and drinks

The service was amazing and some of the dishes really delicious (especially the mushroom tart and duck). Some of the more delicately flavoured items (the seafood dishes in particular) seemed to be overwhelmed by their sauces or added bulk that was meant to round out the dish. The wine selection and ambiance were good but for the price, I would have liked more consistency in the meal.

Great food and fantastic service. It was our first time there and we will definitely be back. Some may find it pricey, but I think it is good value. Nice eine list.

We we're treated like royalty from the minute we entered the restaurant until we left. Loved the decor, food and service. Celebrated my birthday with my husband and two friends.
