Can get pricey if you don't know how their card system works. Not knowing can cause overspending. Thankfully, one of the young ladies that works there provided some info and suggestions for our group to prevent any mistakes. The kids all had a great time and didn't want to leave!

Our server went above and beyond. My niece left her “safety” burp cloth and the server got it out of the dumpster. That was very kind.

Waitress was rude. did not care at all about service. Came back only once to bring the bill. 5 out of the 14 games we played were only half working. Honestly I won't be coming back here.

Reservations and changes to reservations were easy to make. Food was okay and server was nice-somewhat slow on return visits and bringing the check. Main reason for low mark is the promo on line. Bought mobile power card but when we got there, the games were not equipped to use the mobile power card. Had to get it converted to physical card-none of the employees knew what to do-had to go to front desk. Also, restaurant was not set up to give extra chips when you ordered food as advertised on their website-supposed to get extra chips for spending $50-so no extra chips. Games were fun but will not be going back.

Waiter got checks messed up even after he gave us numbers. Chicken came out cold.

Visited on a Monday so dining area was not packed. Did a last minute reservation modification and had no issues. We received great customer service. With D&B food, it’s always a hit or miss but this last visit everything was great, probably because there wasn’t a lot of people. Experience on a weekday way better than the overcrowded weekends.

It was a good experience! The salmon dish was great but it was undercooked because that’s how it comes- so make sure if you like it without a translucent center, ask for it to be cooked again.

Took awhile before anyone came over to hostess table to seat us. We finally got seated and we waited about ten minutes at our table for a server who never came over. All in all the customer service was terrible, i will never go back to this location. I have been to many other Dave & Busters with no problems.
