Wings and ribs were good had to pay for game card seperate 100 dollars from food — ouch. But had a great time!!

As a party of 15, we made a reservation. Our time was 6:15. We arrived a little early and we're told that there would be up to a 30 minute wait. We saw our table ready for a while and nobody came to seat us until we went and asked. Service wasn't great. Some of our food was forgotten and it took a long time to get drinks refilled. When the bill arrived, we did not realize there was a "service charge" and went ahead and added a tip. Our waitress who wasn't very good, ended up with a tip of about $120.00 instead of the $60. That wording is wrong. We found out that the "service charge" was actually a built in tip. Also, the $3.00 we had to pay for each play card we purchased us ridiculous. I used a self service machine. I, along with the rest of our party, will never return. This was our first experience and definitely our last.

Everything was outstanding the creamy chk pasta was outstanding, chicken strips were delicious and rib were out of this world

Service was terrible. Waited over 20 minutes for a drink then another 20 to try to order food. My husband and I chose to pay for the 2 drinks we ordered and left. More than likely will not be returning.

Our server Kaitlyn was great. The people at the ticket counter to turn in for prizes were cranky. Your food leaves a lot to be desired. Very bland and not well prepared at all. I do like the bar area. I was unhappy that I had reservations for 8pm for 5:15 and they tried to shove all 8 of us in a 6 person booth as their host staff was very inexperienced.

Had alittle issue with my sons food coming out while after mine but they management and server made it right and everything was awsome and cheap too. My new chill spot for sure.

First off, let me say the hostess was wonderful, polite & apologetic. When I made reservation, I added need regular height table to accommodate mother with a rolling walker. We waited about 15 min for them to lower a table remove tall chairs & replace with normal ones when we arrived. Large seating area with a ton of tables, but all high top with tall chairs only a few booths, but you even have to step up to Get into booths. Mom definitely wouldn’t have been able to Hike herself up into one. Some of the tables can be lowered so the workers did that. 4 of us sat at a low table 1 sat at the high top next to us. Food was delicious. Only complaint, we received our meals before our appetizers. Our waitress wasn’t the beat though. She only came back one time and that was to ask about boxes. I asked the girl taking care of the table behind us if she would tell our waitress we needed drink refills. That waitress was kind enough to bring us the drinks herself. She said easier than trying to find our waitress. We had fun In the arcade. I enjoyed playing PacMan. All the large screen TVs were great to watch sports. A Little loud sometimes, couldn’t hear each other, but we would definitely go back. Food was great!

This was the second time that I was having a nice time until it was time to pay. This time I asked if it was happy hour because it was a weekday after 5 PM. The waitress did not know. Then she said a confused sounding yes. Then they didn’t have the specific happy hour drinks on the menu. A man came over and said they were only beers. Then the waitress had yo ask and she said it’s all the older drinks on the menu. I had to tell her I had no idea what “older” drinks are. My daughter and I both pointed to one we wanted and were told yes those are included in the $5 happy hour. Once the check came she said she’s sorry but they are $8.99 and not included. We had to wait longer while she checked to get the bill changed. I was so furious it ruined the whole experience. This was the second time I was there and once the bill came the waitress made a mistake and the bill was much higher. I told her that the restaurant should have the happy hour drinks clearly specified so it would make it much easier for everyone.
