Food, drinks and caviar service was amazing. Gus our server was on top of everything. He even brewed fresh espresso for my martini. Overall food and experience absolutely amazing! We will be back very soon!

Very disappointed in what is supposed to be a high end restaurant. 45 minutes after being seated at our table, we received our cocktails. We ordered within five minutes of being seated. They were out of several of our first choices of mixed drinks, even after the 45 minute wait one of the drinks was not made correctly. It took another 20 minutes to get it made correctly. Our server could not have cared less that we had been waiting this long. Our dinners were also very slow to arrive, making the dinner experience, a total of three hours in duration. My recommendation would be go somewhere else when you’re looking for a top notch, steak and seafood restaurant. We will not be returning to Dean’s.

Showed for a 730 reservation and we were seated at 750. Bar outside had awful service and we couldn’t get a drink. Once inside we sat for 10 minutes waiting for menu and waiter. Manager finally came by and got the drinks and appetizers started. From that point forward the service was pleasant and food was amazing. Restaurant seemed unprepared for a Wednesday rush.

So we booked a igloo for our special occasion. The service was on point but the steak was rubbery, the fish was ok. I wouldn’t have minded but at those prices i expect PERFECTION. Also our party of three had an automatic surcharge which I assume was a tip. I always leave a great 20-22% tip but our surcharge was $80 on a $330 check. Outrageous!! Lastly the valet is the ultimate FUSTER CLUCK and completely ruined the rest of our evening as we had plans but since it took one hour, a full 58 MINUTES, to get our car we just went home In summary good one time experience probably won’t return.

Please please please make the bread pudding just like in the Austin location. The one in San Antonio was ice cream with broken up pieces of bread pudding. This is not it. It should be one solid piece of bread pudding with ice cream in top. Just like it is everywhere I love bread pudding. Landry’s, Bob’s, etc. You have all of the tools to do it exactly like the original location. Please fix it!
