Demo is a restaurant in the West Village serving modern, Europe-inspired cuisine from Executive Chef Quang Nguyen and Sous Chef Dina Fan. Inventive seasonal dishes—like wax beans with bottarga and boquerones—share the menu with updated classics like beef tongue tonnato, alongside a carefully curated list of wines by glass and bottle. The sleek interior, tastefully adorned with red marble and dark wood, hosts a front bar for walk-ins as well as a chef's counter in the back.

Please note: We are a small restaurant. Reservations in the dining room and at the chef's counter are intended for dinner. For drinks and snacks we accept walk-ins at the front bar. Thank you for your understanding.

                                    Inventive and utterly delicious dishes with great wines by the glass. Service was warm and attentive but not overbearing - just the right balance. There was music but it wasn’t too loud (such an unusual treat to not have to shout over the music). It was a special evening out to celebrate a birthday and we look forward to returning.

                                    Loved it. Dishes were potent and great with wine. Two tops were a too tight, but the room was lovely. Bar seats were great.
