We dined here prior to seeing Frozen.
The ambiance was nice and generally well-maintained, though the booth had some crumbs and food scraps, which we chalked up to the holiday rush.
The service was quick but transactional, likely due to there being only three servers for the entire space. While our server was friendly, they only had time for the basics: taking our drink and food orders, doing a quick quality check, and dropping off the check. We were slightly disappointed that after asking for a box for one of our dishes, they never brought it back after clearing our plates.
The food quality varied by dish. The vegetarian option was overcooked and lacked cohesion, featuring a mix of squash, tofu, and quinoa. The beef Bolognese was decent but unremarkable. However, the prime rib was the highlight of the night, with an excellent au jus accompanying it.
Overall, this is a safe choice for a pre-show meal at the Hobby Center, but there are better options in the area for the price.
