In the spring of 1956, Mama and Papa DiCicco and their four sons opened the original DiCicco's restaurant in Fresno. Our DiCicco's Old Town Clovis location has been a venue of authentic family fun and serving great Italian food since 1977. It's our pleasure to welcome you to the family!

The first time I had a meal at DiCicco’s was in 1957 when I was in high school! It was on Blackstone then with the “Four Brothers of Italy”. It was great then and I was delighted to say the food was great and the young lady that waited on us was fantastic! It was very nice to see how the business has grown over the years!

We had to cancel the reservation for 6 people at 5:30 pm due to problems with our flight arriving on time. DiCiccos was gracious about it. My husband and I dined there a little later that evening and enjoyed a delicious meal and great service!! We plan to return when in the area again!!!

Our waiter lost our credit card, which killed the whole experience. He later found it, after we'd called our bank and cancelled the card. Management was very decent about it, so thanks to them. Food was good, service poor. We'll never go back. I'd suggest paying in cash, or use a credit card that you can manage getting lost. And temper expectations. Our list of issues there kept growing, so it wasn't just the credit card issue at the end. We read reviews to avoid problems like these. We didn't know. We do now.

My family and I have always gone to Diciccos for special occasions even when we lived near Denver Colorado. We have lived in California since 1949 (my wife) and since 1983 (me) and have known about Diciccos for much of that time. The Diciccos in Colorado near Denver was a way for us to remember being in California when I worked there in Longmont, CO.

Service was the I my good thing about our visit! The food was nothing great. We had pasta and there was no flavor at all. My kids split pasta and pizza and neither took more than two bites of the pasta.

Nice variety of meals. I’m a bit picky on Italian restaurants. This one did not disappoint. Delicious. Would definitely come again.

The food was okay, but I could have heated up some Costco lasagna or prepared some spahghetti for far less cost. Several friends were there to support someone who was participating in the open mic night as a first-time comic. The regular acts came first, and all engaged in locker-room humor. Yes, people laughed, but the bar on such humor is set so low that a person will likely trip over it instead of need to jump over it. The humor, in my estimation, was about what I would expect from high-schoolers. The "amateurs" were funnier than than the scheduled talent.
