    初めて訪問したのが丁度レストラン・ウイークだったので、プレ・フィックスのメニューを食べた。全体的に繊細な味付けで日本人にも合うと思う。メインはサーモンで付け合わせにイングリッシュ・ピーが添えられていたが、これが新鮮で美味しかった。 レストラン・ウイーク・メニューに加えて、ハリバットの天ぷらを追加したが、これも大変美味しかった。天ぷらがカラリと揚がっており、それに柚子を効かせたサッパリとしたソースが添えられていた。どの料理も非常に美味しく、再訪したいレストランである。

    We had a wonderful experience at Distilled! The server was knowledgeable and friendly, and the Crab cake was excellent! We will be back.

    We made a last minute decision to try out Distilled on Jefferson last night and were pleasantly surprised. This was our first time to Distilled. We came from a bourbon tasting, so we did not try any drinks, but will go back for drinks at the bar some time. Warm bread was delivered quickly and replaced when we ran out! I had the fried chicken, which admittedly was not what I was expecting, but was fantastic. I would highly recommend. My wife is a vegetarian and ordered the roasted mushroom ravioli. It was also excellent. She would have licked the plate were we not in public. Service was excellent and our server was quite personable. Our meals did not take long to prepare, though we were on the earlier side. The place filled up after we sat down. The atmosphere was lovely and not too loud. Would definitely go again and recommend for an evening out in Lexington.

    Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a good experience here. We came in for my husband’s birthday after being in town for the bourbon trail. Upon arrival it took awhile to get a drink, our apps were out before drinks. I ordered a filet (med) and it came out cold and pretty rare. I had the server take it back to heat up/cook throughly and waited 15-20 minutes for it to come back. My husband had finished his meal, and our server was too busy stocking cups and making tables so she could get off of her shift. It was 8:30 and I still didn’t have my food. She clearly did not care and kept doing what she needed, never checked back once dropped off either. She then drops our check and we wait again another 15+ minutes, all severs were nowhere to be found. I approached another server and asked him if I could see the manager to have our card ran. When asking if the manager was available he said “not really.” That was a first. She eventually came out and comped some of our check. But overall the food was moderate, service was horrible and we were the only ones in the place after 8pm. The manager said “we’ve been very busy,” instead of apologizing. This is a moderately expensive restaurant so I wouldn’t say we would ever return.

    Food and drinks were outstanding. There were 7 of us, and no one was disappointed. Attentive service and friendly folks at every turn. Can’t wait to come back!

    Our food was excellent! The grilled octopus and the carrot salad were perfect. All our meals were delicious and the presentation was above and beyond. Would definitely go again.
