   We waited a long time to get our food but it was well worth waiting food was outstanding lamb pops to die for, the towers, hookah, music I give it an A. A must visit

   We had a reservations and there was no seating available. They sat walk-in people before they sat our party of 4 . Awful experience and it was extremely loud.

   Bartender was great but this place was far from what I thought. We came for happy hour at 730. It was rodeo weekend but I was shocked by the lack of people in there. It was promoted as an rnb night and happy hour so I expected a DJ playing rnb. It was just random songs being played and several songs repeated. I felt like it could’ve been so much more of a vibe but it was disappointing. It felt like I walked into a run down spot that had just opened the doors right before we got there because there wasn’t barely any staff. I spent $100 on some happy hour food and drinks but felt like it was a waste. The Cajun chicken pasta wasn’t very good, lamb chops were decent but $5 per piece. I did enjoy the oxtail sliders. Luckily the bartender was so sweet I didn’t feel like it was a total waste of time. I just was really looking forward to an overall better experience before we stepped out for the night.

   The food was 10/10, seasoned to perfection! Our waitress was very efficient & pleasant. We loved the r&b vibe plus the hookah was smooth (no headaches) . We will definitely be back especially for the salmon & steak ❤️❤️

   I wouldn’t recommend if you are going to eat. We had reservations for 7pm on a Sat night . Got there early about 6:50pm, they sat us. Took our order for food and drinks . The menu was confusing, we weren’t sure which to order off of, I had to ask a few times . Our waitress was very nonchalant and didn’t really look happy to be there. The drinks finally came out, they were good for the special pricing. My husband’s meal came out before the appetizer. My meal never came out, I asked about it a few times . Finally asked for a manager , I never got. I asked the waitress for our ticket so we can leave , literally had to walk over to the register where I was finally met by a guess the manger , he took my meal off , but never apologized - We will never go back - oh after an hour and a half of waiting for my food , she brought it out and said manager will give me a discount , I told her I didn’t want it and to just take it off my ticket - I wasn’t there to eat by myself 😑Horrible customer service -

   Waited 3 hours for our food. Waitress didn’t come to our table at all initially. We had to track her down after the first 30 min of waiting then we sat for an hr and a half and had to track her down again. They didn’t offer any compensation and we still had to pay automatic 20% gratuity for terrible service.

   The atmosphere was pleasing. The manager and waitress were extremely polite and attentive. Food was properly prepared and cooked to perfection. The vibe was kind of off for adults over the age of 50 years old. Overall, we had a great couples outing.

   Got there, no table’s inside just outside which was fine. Waitress said pick a table to sit. Took a while for another to come back to check in on me and a couple of guests at my table and ask if we wanted to place an order, drinks, hookah etc. we were still waiting on 2 people to come so we said we would wait for a little bit and look at the menu for a few mins. We were told the food would be a bit of a wait but it would come which we said fine. No other waitresses came back to place an order or check in on us after that and we waited over an hr before leaving. Never got to order and eat anything. Reservation was at 1:45p, left at 3:15p. Won’t be going back.

    Customer service is horrible. I will never go back. Food was really good. Ordered lychee martinis with reposado. They sent the first drink with vodka, had to send it back. The martini glass was only filled half way, for. $15 drink. Got there at 4:30 and they told us we had to order from the "after brunch" menu that started at 5. I went with my friend and her food came out 30 minutes before mine. She finished her food, I requested a manager and then the waitress came and told me my food was still being prepared and the manager was taking it off the check. The order was not as explained on the menu as it did not include crawfish. She brought the check and told me "oh he didn't take it off he just gave you a 10% discount." So they only took off about $5. On top of that they charge an 18% gratuity. When asking for the manager a second time because I was lied to the owner came out and told me that the waitress basically did not have authority to say that to me and because I ate the food I needed to pay for it. I ended up getting 50% off my meal. But I had to go back and forth with the waitress, two managers, and the owner just to hold them accountable for their mistakes. I ended up tipping the waitress on top of the gratuity charge because the owner tried to blame her when I know the manager is the one told her they would comp the meal and it wasn't her fault my food was delayed. He also tried to get her to take off her service fee as if she was the issue. Just do better with customer service. And hold your management accountable for things they tell customers.
