The rotation of the rotisserie creates self basting and slow roasting skewers resulting in juicy and succulent meats.     Food and service were excellent. We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Our server, Tori, was great. She went out of her way to give me 2 beer samples of the kind of beer I prefer.

    Once again the overall experience at Doolittle’s was a positive one. The service was good, the atmosphere and aroma of the Woodfire throughout the restaurant was great. The only disappointment of the night were the ribs. I felt they were a little tough compared to previous tines.

    We have been to Doolittles dozens of times over the past decade and have never had a bad meal. That’s why we continue to return. Staff is always very amenable and friendly making it enjoyable. Look forward to many more visits.
