   Our party of six with a reservation were promptly greeted and seated. The craft cocktails were well balanced and unique. We shared the Japanese cabbage rolls and scallion pancakes as a group. Very good! Main entrees included orange chicken, Szechuan noodles, Dorothy’s double smash burger with frites, Caesar with salmon and fire roasted fish. All of the dishes were plated beautifully and very tasty. The service was exceptional.

   We had a reservation and waited nearly, if not right at, an hour for our table to be ready. The staff was very kind and apologetic about it and directed us to the bar to order drinks. The drinks were wonderful! There were six of us. The staff was very kind and took a photo for us in front of the gorgeous wallpaper in the front room. It is a beautifully designed restaurant. When our table was ready, it took a LONG time to get our food and drinks, with a few drinks were forgotten along the way. Our server was very kind and wonderful, however.. the whole process took a much longer time than we expected. We got a very descriptive menu description of all the ingredients etc but did not realize it was more of a "sharing" type meal style...maybe? Portion sizes were quite small and the options are limited. Perhaps we overestimated the size of portions, but what you order is EXACTLY what you will get - not much of a variation of sides etc. It is a limited menu and I would not take a picky person here! Haha. We were also limited in options because they kept "selling out" of certain dishes. It was a bit strange... but I know all their food is made fresh and no one in our group had any complaints as far as the taste of their orders, but we all left sort of... hungry? The brussells are GREAT! They also have a fabulous wine selection. I would suggest going here for cocktails or light bites only, or maybe just sitting at the bar. The oysters seemed a bit pricey, I believe they were almost $5 a piece. Coming from CHS that is jarring to see for another coastal town, but understand it can vary. We ended up not ordering them, I believe some of them may have sold out. After waiting so long for everything we did not want to waste time for server to check which oysters had sold out or not. All the staff was VERY friendly but we left a bit perplexed about the value and timing of the experience.

   We always enjoy our dinners at Dorothy's. Beginning with delicious cocktails and ending with an absolutely delicious bread pudding. Looking forward to the next time!

   Took over 20 minutes to get the desert we ordered. Service was ok, but not great. Seems to have been better in the past.

   Food and service were above excellent! Very attentive staff and food was prepared for individual guests. Somewhat difficult to have a conversation as the noise level was rather high but the meal experience was stellar and exceptional!
