Doyles open -air Garden Bar is located right on the beach in Watsons Bay. Try one of our refreshing cocktails, a draught beer or a glass of wine & order from the new garden bar menu. A great place to chill out & watch the sunset !!

The bar is located at our restaurant Doyles on the Beach, Watsons Bay.

On this, The restaurants original site, Doyles on the Beach opened Australia first seafood restaurant in 1885. We have been family owned and operated for over 5 generations.

The restaurant internationally famous and a mecca for Sydneysiders and tourists alike, offering a stunning range of fresh seafood.

Outdoor relaxed dining located right next to the beach. Live music on Saturdays 4pm - 7pm & Sunday's 3pm - 6pm weekly.

Open from 11.30am until late.

For restaurant bookings please book at Doyles on the Beach - not Doyles Garden Bar.

    Staff were not experienced or welcoming Food was below average especially for the price Felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant

    We told the staff that we were running late, they assured us it will be fine. We got there and our table "garden" was waiting for us. We asked if we could get a table in the restauramt if there were any available preferably outside. They found a table for us in the restaurant. We were very happy. Then moments later a lovely staff member comes to let us know that there is a table outdoors that became available. She did not have to do that but she did it simply because they are great. We loved every minute there. Staff are THE best. View amazing. Thank you so much

    Would highly recommend this venue. We loved the relaxed vibe, sitting outside at the front, by the beach, with lots of available shade. Great views to Sydney. The prawn salad was delicious with a great menu to choose from, including a large variety of non and alcoholic drinks.

    The food was exquisite. Natural oysters, surf'n'tum and mussels. The mussels could have been cooked a little more, that is my only criticism. Absolutely sumptuous. The staff have impeccable manners and are very attentive. They even showed some humor. Well it is pricey, but you have to pay for quality

    We Brought our two friends from USA to dine in what we thought was going to be a wonderful experience, on the dining table there was a LARGE BLACK HAIR on the table we complained it was removed , our friends were quite put out and we were obviously embarrassed , then we noticed another large black hair on the table, the table cloth was replaced thats all , talk about poor response very very disappointed i will be submitting this on social media as well with images

    Great setting, fabulous food and ambience. Please just clear the plates, sat with dirty plates for over an hour. In fact until we left .

    I live in Italy and this is my third time in Sydney and the third time I have lunch at the Doyles: I love food, friendly staff and the wonderful view!!! If you are in Sydney you have to go there!

    Superb location. Staff and service exceptional. Food was fresh, plentiful and delicious. The live music was relaxing and so perfect for a lazy afternoon lunch. I’ll be back - Thankyou.
