We are an approachable and refined restaurant, situated in the heart of Aspen. We are driven by the desire to create great tasting, uncomplicated food of exceptional quality. Where the ebb and flow of new flavors and traditional foundations come together! We highlight contemporary Mediterranean flavors, composed of seafood such as Lobster, Oysters, Crudo, and grilled meats. Let us fill your table, providing exceptional service, memorable moments, and unique culinary experiences.

Our dining room is inviting, with candles glowing, incorporating elegant design and craftsmanship. The intimate private dining area surrounds groups with wine filled walls and custom walnut furniture, accommodating up to 24 people. A sure favorite for locals and tourists alike!

This intimate Evening will feature and exclusive tasting of their finest expressions, including the legendary Monopole - Clos des Ducs, and vertical of Champans going back to 1993, alongside exquisite selections from Domaine du Pèlican, Jura.     The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. It was only 6:00 pm and it was loud. I’ve always loved this restaurant but I won’t b coming back.

    Waaaay overpriced, even for Aspen. You can get food as good or better for half the price. $56 for grilled fish is absurd.

    Delicious food! Cozy ambiance. The grilled octopus salad was phenomenal and so was the Hamachi and Tuna. We also had Branzino that was delicious.

    Wonderful food, amazingly good ! Pietro the bartender was friendly and helpful since it was our first time. All staff were precise and personable . Looking very much forward to dining here again!
