    It was lovely. The host, Annika, is super friendly. Very accommodating and our servers were exceptional. Food came fast and they are thoughtful when it comes to serving young kids. Everything was tasty and we will definitely return.

    Always love Earls at Richmond. Joey's service, friendliness and thoughtfulness was amazing! So was his young assistant who was always smiling and helpful. Thanks team! Maybe I should start coming back to the restaurant for Saturday late nights. 😍

    We had a great experience at Earls for a birthday celebration. When we arrived, we were given a hand-written birthday card from the staff. The food and our server Amanda were excellent as usual. A great evening was topped off with a dessert delivered by Amanda with a birthday candle. Thank you, Earls, for lovely celebration.

    Great lunch- just very noisy- being quite deaf it was hard to hear! Had to move tables as a large party of very loud men were celebrating! They were just having fun but so loud! Food was delicious! Service very good too! Parker Knox

    Very disappointed in the food. The fries were cold and the mashed potatoes were substitute for warm potatoe salad was flavorless.

    Food was slightly slow on this particular Friday night. Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and generally a very comfortable environment. Food was consistent and as expected. Good value for Hapoy Hour.

    Food was great and menu selection is always very good. I did find the menu prices to be very expensive, more so than other restaurants of the same calibre. Also I noted it was one of our party's birthdays and thought they might offer a complimentary dessert, which they didn't. They did give her a handwritten birthday card but would have been nice to provide a small dessert, especially seeing as how much the entrees are.

    Came in for dinner with my family and was beyond impressed! Sophia at the door was so personable and asked about our day! Our server Dylan was super friendly and made great recommendations and made sure we were always having a good time! The managers Rupi and Katherine both stopped by to check in and ask how everything was! The vibe was awesome for a Sunday was so on point and you could tell all the tables were having a great time! And the food? Portions were huge and so flavourful! *chefs kiss*
