   Our server, Sam was awesome! She was friendly, attentive & personable! The cocktails we ordered were delicious & presented beautifully. The Wagyu sushi appetizer was our favorite, but we also had the scallop & shrimp spaghettini & the spicy Calabrian pasta. While the main dishes were flavorful I will say the ratio of pasta to protein for both dishes was disappointing.

   The workers were all nice, and the appetizers were good, but the service was incredibly slow. The food didn’t come out correctly, and the restaurant was very noisy. It’s clear they’re a new restaurant and still figuring things out. We’ll have to give it another try.

   Not ready for prime time. Inconsistent. Missing ingredients. Unable to offer items on menu because they were “out” of items and ingredients. Too loud. Poor training.

   Overall it was a great experience. The noise level is extremely high we could barely hear our server and friends. Besides that, the place is really nice.

   We sat upstairs and the vibe was really pleasant. Upbeat, not too loud, the ambiance was just right. Our server was really sweet and took great care of us. The food was really tasty. We did the filet and tortellini and an order of the crispy rice and dumplings. Not a single bite was spared and we cleaned our plates. I think this is a great addition to the Las Olas restaurant scene

   We loved our first visit to Earls—such a great addition to Las Olas! All of our appetizers and entrées were beautifully prepared and delicious. Our server, Bella, was very attentive and provided excellent service, as did everyone else who brought our food and drinks. It was a busy Friday night, but everything came out quickly—kudos to the kitchen for keeping up! We appreciated the two large bar areas. The only small hiccup was that our food arrived before our drinks, but otherwise, service was seamless. We sat inside on the second floor, and while it felt a bit packed at first with people standing right next to our table at the bar, things calmed down a bit as happy hour ended. Love that they offer two happy hours—we’ll have to come back for the late-night one after 10 PM! Since this was high season during spring break, it was lively and a bit difficult to have a conversation at our table. We’re looking forward to visiting again in April or May when it’s possibly a little quieter. One of the biggest highlights for me was the plant-based menu! As the only vegan in our group, I really appreciated having great options to order straight off the menu—now that’s hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

   Great night at Earl’s. Our food came before the drinks. Need more staff to check on the ladies room upstairs. 2 stalls in ladies room upstairs is not enough.

   Second visit in a week and I just really enjoy this spot! The servers are great and the food is delicious. We enjoyed some afternoon cocktails with shrimp and pork dumplings, the corn guacamole with feta, and the sticky Korean ribs. So good! For dessert we shared the crème brûlée cheesecake with berries. It was the perfect ending to our birthday celebration! I have a friend with food allergies and the staff was amazing at making sure everything was okay for her. The patio area was wonderful.
