Great service and the food is consistently good. Extra treat - the knew we were there for a birthday lunch and brought over a dessert with a candle

Penticton location called me to reserve as per last year and same time and table. So I told her I will book online and add that to special instructions. We arrived, told the young lady we had a reservation ,which I could see on the tablet and the table we should get. For some reason she said we don't have a reservation and was trying to delete my wife name on the table. I was telling her what she was trying to do and she continued. I pulled out my phone and showed he our reservation that was sent to us. Then she acted like we were a problem and took us to a different table.and informed us right away ,we must be done quick because this table.had a reservation. I was not happy being treated this way we as we HAD a reservation. Our server approached us and we explained the situation and she couldn't understand why we were treated this way. We felt not wanted and seemed pushed on a day where it's a celebration for me.and my wife. Our server was fine and the food was good. As we left the same girl didn't give us the best look leaving the restaurant.

I, Celine Lucier called you and left you the voicemail prior as we loved hosting you last year and couldn't wait to do it again. I had no idea we gave you that impression. The portions were way too small, we picked off Valentine Menu. The appetizers were too small, the main course was small and the desert was a joke. We should have eat off normal menu. We literally had to go eat after. And we are not big eaters. 58.00 per person plus tip for that meal was disappointing. Earls has always been one of my favourite spots. But that was a rip off.

Our set menu was organized to be half portions for the appetizers and dessert, to make it more appealing opposed to "too much food". I will follow this up with my team for our next set menus. We went for my wife's birthday they didn't know that. Our server was a very attentive even as it got busier. I had a the grilled roast beef on sourdough very tasty a little small but all top notch

It was a family pre-new year eve dinner. The food was of a highest quality and taste. Waguy sushi with steak is a great new addition. Roast beef sandwich was juicy, I couldn't finish it that night and took a goodie bag, and next day warmed up it tasted the same good. Choose winter holiday seating on patio, lots of lights, very festive, and warm even with negative outside
